GlamGlow Mask - DIY

You need: 
  • 2 tbsp. of clay (green clay also acts antibacterially)
  • tea-tree oil 
  • avocado-oil 
  • 1 tbsp. rose water 
  • 2 tbsp. of tee (garlic tea, sage tea camomile tea) 
  • 1 tsp. of yoghurt (for oily skin)
  • and you can add other essential oils if you want or any oil thats beneficial for your skin
  • to get rid of pimple scars, add some zinc lotion or rose oil 

Add so much of each ingredient untill u get a homogeneous paste. 

You shouldn't let the mask dry on ur face, unless you have oily skin as it absorbsexcessive fat. 

Try to keep the mask on your face damp by spraying water or rose water on it.

You can use this mask on each body part you want and wherever you have unpure skin or pimples. 

NOTE: Don't use a metal spoon to mix the ingredients, because it would oxidize together with the clay. 

Leave the mask on for 20 - 30 minutes.

  • frees your face from old danders 
  • tightens the connective tissue 
  • not chemical, all natural

Alternative uses: 
  • As clay has a tightening effect you can also use on areas like your thighs, if you have cellulite for example. You can also poultice and let it rest over night.
  • You can add some cane sugar to the paste and use it as a scrub
  • Added to the bath water this mixture will nourish your skin as well.
